Our biggest benefit to you is that the majority of our properties have direct access, so you’re not sharing corridors and lifts in large complexes with lots of strangers.

 

How we’re protecting you

As much as possible, we’re keeping our properties vacant for 24 hours in between each guest.

We’ve updated our cleaning protocols so that we sanitise when we enter the property, clean and then sanitise again before we leave.  You can rest assured that when you arrive at one of our properties all hard surfaces have been sprayed with a 72% alcohol solution and left to dry, this includes remotes to the television and air-conditioning units, lock boxes, keys, door handles, kitchen benchtops, tap handles, drawer and cupboard handles etc

We change our mattress and pillow protectors in between each guest and run them through a 60 degree hot cotton wash cycle and either line dried in the sun or on a hot cycle in the dryer.  All other linen is professionally laundered and ironed.

How we’re protecting our team

As much as possible, we’re keeping our properties vacant for 24 hours in between each guest.  Where this isn’t possible, we open the property and run all exhaust and the a/c fan to aerate the property for a minimum of 2 hours before it is cleaned and our staff wear masks and gloves until the first sanitisation and clean is completed.

Our office is now non-contact and our staff are working from home as much as possible.  This may mean that we might not be there if you call in unexpectedly but you can always reach us on our office number (02 6295 0975) or via email.
