Budget
Our budget properties are located on McMillan Crescent in Griffith, which is around a 7 minute drive from the CBD. We put the same attention to detail into equipping out budget properties as we do our executive and include the same linen and kitchenware. The difference between the budget and executive properties is largely location and building age.
Studio Units
Well-designed accommodation for the budget conscious or short-term client. Thoughtfully furnished and well set out 20sqm studio units that enable 1-2 people to live comfortably. Each unit has a well equipped kitchen, furnished external sitting area and modern decor. The laundry facilities onsite include coin operated washers, dryers and clothes lines. The units are comfortably encased within the central area of the complex and look towards the pool area.
Standard Units
Most standard units have a private verandahs with 3 piece outdoor furniture settings and BBQs. These properties also have allocated under cover or ‘off street’ car parking. Standard one bedroom units are around 40 – 50sqm in size and include well equipped kitchens, separate internal laundries and wireless internet. These units also have ample room to fit extra bedding if need be.
Superior Units
Superior one bedroom units offer 50sqm of open plan living. The properties have floor to ceiling windows that ensure lots of light and a lovely outlook. The kitchens are large and the main work area faces the living areas. Live comfortably in an open plan layout, with separate study nook, and a large furnished balcony (5 piece set and BBQ). Undercover parking.
Budget 2 Bedroom Units
Spacious living suitable for singles sharing and families alike. Large open plan kitchen, 2 balconies, spa bath, laundry, secure undercover parking and a comfortable queen bed in each bedroom – what more could you ask for?
