Even though the office, customer service and housekeeping areas already have systems which would make most SME’s green with envy, our focus on excellence keeps us working hard for constant improvement.

The McDonald family have a strong connection to elements of Japanese culture – in fact Japan is their ‘home away from home’. Laurie has introduced the Japanese concept of Kaizen to Canberra Furnished Accommodation. In fact it is one of our six core values. Kaizen means ‘good change’ and is translated in English to mean the philosophy of constant improvement.
